Before this, I spent two years working in Venture Capital, where I evaluated companies, analyzed unit economics, and figured out both what drove growth and what was holding it back.
I bring that financial perspective to the work I do today. The goal isn't to answer "what can AI do here?", but "where will the investment bring the highest return, on what timeline, and what's the fastest path to measuring tangible results?"
I start by mapping your operations, not to produce a report, but to identify which areas and opportunities would benefit most from an AI-powered approach. I then build solutions that fix the specific problems found in that phase, test them against real data, and iterate until the results are measurable.
