Who I Am

Originally from Porto, currently pursuing a Master's in Management at IE Business School in Madrid. With 2 years of experience in Venture Capital and a passion for technology, I work with Portuguese SMEs to help them grow smarter.

What I Do

I'm an AI consultant focused on augmenting team capacity in SMEs. I don't sell custom technology — I teach how to use AI tools that already exist (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) strategically and create processes that work.

I also create modern websites that rank on Google and convert visitors into customers. Whatever the project, the focus is always the same: practical and measurable results.

Approach

I work in focused 2-4 week sprints. I start small, test quickly, measure results. I combine practical implementation with team training — the goal is for them to become autonomous, not dependent on me.

I don't believe in long projects or consultant dependency. If after 8 weeks your team still needs me to use AI, I've failed.

Philosophy

I believe SMEs don't need to hire expensive specialists or build technology from scratch. The tools already exist — they just need someone to show them how to use them well and train their teams to leverage them.

My job isn't to create dependency, it's to create autonomy. The faster your team can work without me, the better I've done my job.

Why This Focus

I started focused on websites and SEO. But I realized many SMEs face a bigger challenge: they don't know how to use AI, they're afraid to invest without guarantees, and teams are too overwhelmed to experiment.

I saw a clear opportunity: help these companies adopt AI practically, with tools that already exist, training that works, and ROI that's visible quickly. That's what I do now.
